Airex Energy appoints Frédéric Pinard as Chief Operating Officer

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Frédéric will play a key role in executing Airex Energy’s strategy, optimizing operational performance, and structuring industrial operations, working closely with the engineering, technology, finance, and business development teams. He will also contribute to coordinating operations within joint ventures and strengthening strategic partnerships.

A trained engineer, Frédéric brings over 20 years of experience in industrial operations management, gained within leading North American and international organizations. Prior to joining Airex Energy, he served as Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain at Ranger Design / Clarience Technologies, where he led multi-site operations across Canada and the United States, with full responsibility for operational performance, supply chain, health and safety, and financial results.

He previously held senior leadership roles at Rio Tinto and Cascades, where he distinguished himself through his collaborative leadership style, operational discipline, and ability to drive complex industrial transformations, including major initiatives to improve productivity, financial performance, operational excellence, and change management.
