Luc Veilleux, New Chief Financial Officer at Airex Energy

Airex Energy is pleased to announce the arrival of Luc Veilleux as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With three decades of expertise in finance and general management, including more than ten years with publicly traded companies, Luc brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our management team.

Career

Recognized as a strategic leader focused on value creation, Luc has held several senior management positions in addition to piloting numerous capital raising. Prior to joining Airex Energy, he was CFO of VoltaXplore and NanoXplore. At NanoXplore, he successfully managed the finance and legal departments, with particular emphasis on corporate acquisitions, investor relations, financial reporting, risk management and treasury for nine years.

Key Roles

His career also includes key roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Mason Graphite, a publicly traded company specializing in graphite development. In addition, he held the position of President at Maxi Canada, a chicken processor, and Senior Vice President, Finance at Imerys Graphite, a world leader in carbon and graphite.
