Nomination: Philippe Cantin Joins Airex Energy as Chief Financial Officer

Airex Energy is proud to announce the appointment of Philippe Cantin to its leadership team. Philippe will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer following the retirement of his predecessor, Luc Veilleux.

Before joining Airex Energy, Philippe spent more than eight years at Enerkem as Vice President, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations, where he played a key role in fundraising and project financing for the company. Previously, Philippe worked at Scotiabank as an investment banker for over 12 years.

With this dual expertise in corporate finance and in the decarbonization sector, Philippe joins the team at a pivotal moment for Airex Energy. Initially positioned as a provider of technological solutions that support the decarbonization of industries, the company now operates with an enhanced business model focused on deploying industrial projects with strategic partners.

Philippe holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from McGill University.
